La Dadant 10 frame RBC® hive shoe is an essential element of the system Low Consumption Hive (RBC®).
Made by ICKO Apiculture according to the BeevolutionX Specification Document, it combines sturdy wood, thermo-reflective film and Front metal plate to offer a high-performance, durable hive foundation, perfectly suited to the demands of modern beekeeping.

Designed without internal insulation, this lightweight version retains the fundamental principles of RBC® : heat loss reduction, sustainability and comfort of the colonies.
Le BeevolutionX thermal reflective film, used here as sock, efficiently directs heat back towards the heart of the hive while limiting energy loss.
