🐝 RBC® Beehive Cork Squares – 120 Ventilation Spacer Plates

The RBC® honeycomb cork squares are specifically designed to create a laminar air blade between the shoe and the floor of the hive.
This discreet but essential element of the system Low Consumption Hive (RBC®) promotes Natural ventilation while maintaining the stability and thermal performance of the hive.

Each plate contains 100 squares of natural expanded cork. Used at the rate of Six RBC® hive cork squares per hive, they allow for a gentle and regular airflow, ideal for hives equipped with insulated footwear.

Cork, a noble and ecological material, offers lightness, flexibility, and compression resistance.
These spacers provide a stable base and reduce vibrations, especially during transhumances.

Place six cork squares Under the shoe: four on the corners and two in the centre of the long sides.
This configuration creates a laminar flow ventilation mastered, ensuring good ventilation of the RBC® floor.

Replace the squares if they become too crushed over time.
